The Minimal Donut Chart is just the ring and the number: a thin ring of two alternating colors with no legend or labels, the percentage counting up in the center and the title underneath. One figure, told simply - course progress, funding raised, storage used. Use your own data, colors, theme, font and animation preset.
Frequently asked questions
- What is it best for?
- A single progress figure: ballots counted, goal reached, course completed. The ring shows done against remaining and the center counts the percentage.
- Can I add a legend?
- Not in this design; it is deliberately bare. The Classic and Outline designs carry a legend.
- Can I overlay this on my own footage?
- Yes. Export it as a transparent MOV (ProRes 4444 with alpha) and place it on a track above your video in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Will the export match the preview?
- Yes. The export renders the same element with the same data, theme and animation you see on this page, frame for frame, as an MP4 or a transparent MOV in landscape or portrait.
