Section titles, breaking-news cards, lower thirds, chapter openers: a headline is the animated video graphic you reach for whenever a line of text needs an entrance. The kicker lands first as a small uppercase line, then the title, then the subtitle, with an accent underline growing under the title.

What you can change

  • The kicker, title and subtitle; leave the kicker empty to hide it.
  • The theme (or your own brand colors and font), the text size and the animation preset.

In the edit

The transparent MOV is the natural export here: the text floats over your footage with nothing behind it, as a lower third or a full-width title. The MP4 works as a title card between sections. Both play in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and CapCut.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the headline as a lower third?
Yes. Export as a transparent MOV, place it on a track above your footage and position it toward the bottom of the frame. The text animates in with no background.
Can I leave out the kicker or subtitle?
Yes. Leave either field empty and the headline lays out around it, with the title still centered and underlined.
Can the headline use my channel's font?
Yes. Choose a brand font and text size, and the kicker, title and subtitle redraw in it before you export.
How long is the clip?
A few seconds by default: enough for the three lines to enter and hold. You can change the duration and turn the exit animation on or off before exporting.
