Showing poll results is a YouTube ritual: community-tab questions, "which one should I build" votes, who won the debate. This animated video graphic puts the question on top, letters the options A to F, fills each bar to its share of the vote and lights up the winner with the accent color and a pulse, with a footnote line for the total.
What you can change
- The question, two to six options with their vote counts, and the footnote (leave it empty to hide it).
- The theme (or your own brand colors and font) and the animation preset, which sets the order and speed of the fill.
In the edit
Export an MP4 for a full-frame result reveal or a transparent MOV to bring the poll in over your own footage in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut. Portrait exports fit Shorts and vertical video.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I type percentages or vote counts?
- Vote counts. The poll works out each option's share of the total and draws the bars to match, so the numbers always add up.
- Is the winner highlighted automatically?
- Yes. The option with the most votes takes the accent color and a small pulse when its bar lands. The others stay in the theme's regular colors.
- How many options can the poll show?
- Two to six, lettered A to F. That is where the card stays readable at YouTube sizes.
- Can I use it for YouTube community poll results?
- Yes. Copy the option names and vote counts from the community poll into the form, pick a theme and export the animated result as an MP4 or a transparent overlay.
